Thank you for choosing to shop at LITA'S WAY for your supplements and health products. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The Cala bottle must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• The product should be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

Return Procedure: If you wish to return a product that meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
• Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
• Please carefully pack the product, including all original packaging and any accessories that came with it.
• Affix the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.
• Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping: The customer will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. 

Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
